Using high tech surveillance equipment we have the ability to be nondescript, inconspicuous and creative in
observing and documenting the actions, movements, whereabouts, associations and travel patterns of
virtually any person.

Investigations will be confined to the type and scope of investigation requested by the client. In consultation
with the client, a purpose and objective will be agreed upon. In the event that additional information arises
from the investigation, the client will be informed and they alone will make the decision to change the scope
of the investigation.

Information developed through our investigations will not be used for any other purpose other than reporting
to the client. No such information is disclosed to third parties at any time

Investigators conduct themselves in accordance with the provincial Private Investigators and Security Guard
Act.

ICU Consulting Inc. will not obtain any information by any method that contravenes any Provincial or Federal
Acts including, but not limited to, the following laws:

* The Criminal Code
* PIPEDA
* The Credit Reporting Act
* The Workers Compensation Act

Video footage obtained is factual. No attempt is ever made to alter or edit the video in order to present a
biased view of the subject's disabilities or abilities under investigation.

Investigators will try to video all activities of the subject, whether the activity does or does not support a
particular view. If for any reason, the investigator is unable to video tape the activity of the subject, he or she
is instructed to report their visual observations in the same fashion. The electronic copy of video footage
provided to the client can be edited for relevant content, however, the original video is secured and retained
on behalf of the client and is not edited in any way.

Computer generated video images are obtained from the video footage and printed on a colour printer and
included as part of our submitted report. Our video footage displays continuous date and time indicators.

Reports are always verified to ensure that the written report is consistent with the video footage obtained.

INVESTIGATIONS

Over the years it has been increasingly apparent that the complete Judicial System has been over worked.

It has been well documented that law enforcement personnel are being over worked and at times limited to
the amount of time that can be expended on active investigations and unfortunately on how efficient
investigations have been completed.

ICU Consulting can certainly take the time to independently review and assist the professional field and or
private sector in any matters pertaining to any type of investigation whether it is a Provincial Statute and or
Criminal allegation.

Our clients receive a clear concise and unbiased report; which will allow them to form an opinion on the
options that may be afforded to them.
